◎简 介
大东集团财务部部长藤浩在即将举行婚礼之前，却被警方拘审。原因是集团595万元的巨款被人利用转账支票提走，而掌管财务印章的藤浩涉嫌监守自盗。警察贾超西将矛头对准了青年企业家史哲明和藤浩的挚友庄海，但在展开调查时，史哲明被烧死在汽车内，庄海则涉嫌杀人并带着涉嫌诈骗的巨款消失无踪。五年后，当藤浩和史哲明的女朋友舒小凡相爱之时，一个名叫齐明宣的海外归来的文化人闯入了舒小凡的生活。他毫不掩饰地追求舒小凡，言行举止让舒小凡感觉似曾相识。就在藤浩发现了一些蛛丝马迹之时，他却陷入了齐明宣精心设计的陷阱，最终因被指控杀人罪被判处死刑。
齐明宣的事业蒸蒸日上，尽管人们怀疑他就是当年被害的史哲明，但却找不到直接的证据。警察贾超西在境外寻找线索，但进展甚微。另一方面，沈晗被藤浩的精神所感动，决定应聘到齐明宣的公司当卧底。然而，当他录下了一盘证据录像带之后，却被齐明宣推下高楼身亡。舒小凡深爱着藤浩，但假借不能忍受藤浩和罗薇的旧情复燃之名，投入了齐明宣的怀抱。她通过身体的感觉确认了齐明宣就是史哲明。最终，齐明宣承认了自己当年将庄海杀害，并伪装成自己烧焦的尸体。他整容成为了儿时伙伴齐明宣的模样，并将齐明宣杀掉，企图掩盖自己的罪行。
